Passing of a sweet friend

Loosing a good friend is difficult. About 5 weeks ago I lost a very dear friend, mentor and confidant. Cynthia Collier passed away and left behind an incredible legacy. She was the master of broderie perse. Pictures here with Mary Lou McDonald and myself. She is greatly missed, but her legacy will live on through every quilter who loves broderie perse.
